On This Day, May 8th

1953   Newport, RI. May 3rd, to May 14th

1954   Norfolk, VA. May 4th, to July 12th

1955   Norfolk, VA. April 29th, to May 9th

1956   At Sea, May 6th to May7th

On May 6th, Sunday afternoon, the USS Wisconsin collided with the USS Eaton (DD-E 510) At approximately 3:14PM.  This happened off the Virginia Coast during heavy fog.

If you have any suggestions concerning the 2010 reunion, ie tours, other activities, etc., please send them to me at bb64members@aol.com.  There will be a meeting the last week of September in Oconomowoc so we can firm up the reunion details.  This is your chance to be heard and make suggestions on what you would like to do at the reunion.
